How do I get a quote?
Browse our range, add products to your Quote Basket and submit your enquiry. Our team responds within 1 business day with a full quote including decoration and freight. Call (07)Â 3192Â 9855 or email sales@hypepromotions.com.au.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product — most items start from 25–50 units. Specific MOQs are listed on each product page. Contact us if you need a smaller quantity.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–15 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available depending on product and quantity — contact us to discuss your deadline.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Pre-production samples with your branding are available on request. Blank stock samples can also be arranged. Ask your sales rep for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT/bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and cheque for approved accounts. Credit accounts are available for established businesses.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or large-quantity orders?
Pricing improves as quantity increases across most of our range. Let us know the quantity you’re after when requesting a quote, and we’ll apply the best available bulk pricing to your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been submitted?
Minor changes are usually possible before your artwork is approved for production. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs, so contact us as soon as possible if something needs to change.
ARTWORK & DELIVERY
What artwork files do you need?
Preferred format is vector artwork — AI, editable EPS or editable PDF with all fonts converted to outlines. Raster files should be 300 DPI at the required print size.
Can you help design my artwork?
Yes — our in-house design team can create or modify artwork. Basic assistance is included; complex designs may incur a small fee. Contact us with your brief for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of production completion. Express freight is available. Estimated delivery is confirmed with your quote.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes — we deliver to all states and territories. We are a 100% Queensland-owned business servicing clients nationwide from Brisbane.
What if I am not happy with my order?
If products do not match the approved proof or have a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7Â days of receipt. We will arrange a reprint, replacement or credit.
What branding and decoration methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, digital transfer, laser engraving and pad printing, depending on the product. Your sales representative will recommend the best method for your logo and budget.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes, most decoration methods can be colour-matched to your Pantone (PMS) reference. Supply your brand guidelines with your artwork and we’ll match as closely as the chosen decoration method allows.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable promotional products?
Yes, we stock a growing range of eco-conscious products, including recycled, biodegradable and sustainably sourced options. Ask our sales representative for eco-friendly alternatives when requesting a quote.
